Fabric and Textile Designer

As a Fabric and Textile Designer, you’ll bring creativity and innovation to our eco-friendly product lines while contributing to custom printing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique and sustainable textile designs for apparel and custom printing projects.
  • Create innovative patterns and prints that align with current trends in eco-conscious fashion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs are marketable and customer-focused.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in textile printing, ensuring all products meet environmental goals.

Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality fabrics by operating advanced textile printing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor printing machines, including digital and screen-printing equipment.
  • Prepare equipment by loading materials and adjusting settings for each project.
  • Perform quality checks on printed fabrics to ensure accuracy in color, alignment, and design.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Labourer and Helper

Our Labourers and Helpers support the smooth operation of our textile recycling and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and organize textiles and materials in designated storage areas.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials, including recycled fabrics.
  • Support the recycling process by separating reusable materials from waste.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces, including storage rooms and the showroom.
  • Package and label products for customer orders or showroom sales.

Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations in the showroom and textile recycling facilities.
  • Coordinate workflows between machine operators, designers, and other team members.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.
  • Lead and mentor staff to ensure smooth collaboration and high productivity.

Sales and Marketing Specialist
